Logo Usage Policy

 

1. Purpose

 

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for the appropriate and consistent use of logos owned by Atomik Mas. Logos are valuable assets that represent our brand identity and must be used in a manner that upholds our reputation and integrity.

 

2. Scope

 

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and any third parties granted permission to use Atomik Mas's logos in any form of communication, including but not limited to print, digital, and promotional materials.

 

3. Logo Ownership

 

All logos, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, and trade names, are the property of Atomik Mas. Unauthorized use of our logos is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Authorized Use

 

a. Internal Use: Employees may use Atomik Mas's logos for internal communications and documents related to their job responsibilities, such as presentations, reports, and email signatures, without seeking explicit permission. However, logos must be used in accordance with the guidelines outlined in this policy.

 

b. External Use: Any use of Atomik Mas's logos for external purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, websites, and social media, must be approved by the Atomik Mas. Requests for logo usage can be submitted through info@atomikmas.com.

 

5. Logo Variations

 

a. Primary Logo: Atomik Mas's primary logo is the preferred version for most applications. It should be used whenever possible to maintain consistency in branding.

 

b. Alternate Versions: Alternate versions of the logo, such as monochrome or reversed color variations, are available for specific use cases where the primary logo may not be suitable due to design constraints or background color.

 

6. Prohibited Uses

 

a. Modification: Logos must not be altered, distorted, or modified in any way, including changing colors, proportions, or elements.

 

b. Endorsement: Logos must not be used in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any individual, organization, product, or service without prior authorization.

 

c. Confusion: Logos must not be used in a way that could cause confusion with other brands, including imitation of design elements or typography.

 

d. Inappropriate Context: Logos must not be used in connection with any content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

7. Logo Placement and Sizing

 

a. Logos should be placed prominently and clearly visible in all materials where they are used.

 

b. Ensure that logos are not resized to the point of distortion or pixelation. Use vector formats whenever possible to maintain scalability.

 

8. Enforcement

 

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment or legal action for unauthorized use of Atomik Mas's logos.

 

9. Updates and Revisions

 

This policy may be revised or updated as needed to reflect changes in branding guidelines or organizational requirements. Employees will be notified of any revisions to ensure compliance.
